AMREF programmes depend on funds raised from Europe and North America. Donors include Governments, Foundations, Trusts, corporate companies and individuals through private fundraising.
In addition to the Flying Doctor Society of Africa (FDSA - based in Nairobi), AMREF has 12 national offices in Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Monaco, Spain, Sweden, UK, and USA who raise funds and awareness for AMREF activities.
